hammyjunebug asked: I got suckered into signing up for this. Now I have to go to try to get my deposit back. Are there any suggestions on how to make sure the sales pitch does not take up more than 90 minutes of my valuable time? I have no money nor interest in buying a timeshare of any sort.

dana9110 asked: I’ve heard you can get cheap deals on vacations if you agree to go to a seminar while you are on your vacation? I’m actually interested in buying a timeshare but if I can get a good deal on a vacation at the same time, I would be interested in both. Anyone that could help me please feel free!

J.R. asked: Say you have a single male and a single female both qualified to view the timeshare. The female is able to go. The timeshare company tells its employees not to book single males and if they do they will be written up and terminated. Can they do that?

Shanpayne22 asked: If I own a home out right, worth about $750,000. What do I do if I want to make it into a timeshare? Who receives the money that the timeshare holders pay? Do I loose all interest in the home if I do this? I can’t find anything online that will give me any helpful answers. Can anyone enlighten me?

cutcocharles asked: We bought a time share 2 years ago, and have only used it once. We would like to sell it for $14900. What is the quickest way to sell? Who would you recommend listing it with? Does anybody want to buy it? The timeshare is through Silverleaf Resorts.
