With regards to viewing a timeshare. Can a timeshare company say that qualified single males cannot view it?

Say you have a single male and a single female both qualified to view the timeshare. The female is able to go. The timeshare company tells its employees not to book single males and if they do they will be written up and terminated. Can they do that?
