Kevin R asked: If i only want to use wyndham/fairfield resorts, are resale points treated any different than the points that i but from wyndham? If I did want to use a different timeshare, how do i trade my points? Can I use my points for other things like cruises, airfare, and rental cars?

MZ P asked: I have a timeshare in San Diego that I am paying on. There are no black out days which makes it a great deal. But I need to get rid of it. I have been told by several places not to deal with a company that charges to sell, but I can not find any that do not. Any recommendations? Hopefully a company someone has used before.

We are trying to liven this room up. We are thinking of painting the room a bright blue. What can we do to make it more fun?
Thanks for your help.
I wanted to add that this beach house is going to have a Tiki theme to it…

gregoryb96 asked: I have a timeshare that a can no longer afford to pay for. The financial services department of the resort says it will count as a foreclosure and is very bad for my credit. Is this just what they say to get you to pay? What’s the worst that can happen?

Nina asked: has anyone been in the mess of having a timeshare and needing to let them go back? and why are there so few people who know nothing about timeshares? guess that’s how they get folks like me to buy into them! i have been on the internet for months seeking advice as to how to get out of my contract or let it go back. it isn’t paid for so i can’t donate it and NOBODY wants to buy one, especially in today’s economy.
