What’s a good out-of-the-way rental property/vacation spot in NY state?

Someplace in the country, miles away from neighbors but still close enough to stores so we don’t have to drive 20 miles just to get food. Must be less than 2500 to rent for one month. Must have a single bedroom. Must be fully furnished/remodeled/updated and not look like crap. Must NOT have internet and NOT have cable or sattelite TV. I’ll add more as I think of it.
