However, I don’t have the extra cash to furnish it. Is this something that would be considered a small business thus could possibly get a small business loan to furnish the home. Or would I be better off trying to get a home equity loan. Any info would be great! Thanks.
I’m really looking for an answer to my question not opinions on as to whether or not I should do it. I live in a high tourist area and unfortunately the majority of the people who live here locally could not afford the rent. Thank you.

How can my company buy a rental property?

I want to diversify my business (it is no way related to real estate at all). I am looking at the possibility of buying a rental property or possibly a vacation rental property (i.e. a condo at a ski resort or something along that line). Which mortgage companies specialize in this? I assume they will want financial statements from the company or can I do a stated loan? What size down payment would be typical?

I know I could contact a lawyer, real estate agent, bank and a mortgage person but I don’t want their salespeople to start bugging me right now (I get too many telemarketers calling me now as it is). I want to get some background info so I can ask intelligent questions when I start talking to those people mentioned above.

He left me with $70 worth of long distance calls to Germany, grass that needs to be dealt with, 2 weeks unpaid rent. What are my legal rights with this trailer? Can I put it someplace and give him a bill whenever I hear from him, if ever? I have called him and left voice mail with no return back. What do I do?

I understand sub-leasing is generally acceptable, but what about short-term vacation rentals?
