Looking for information on changing a home for sale to a vacation rental?

I have had a house on the market for the past year and am currently paying two mortgages each month. I’ve been considering furnishing the house and turning it into a vacation rental. However, I don’t have the extra cash to furnish it. Is this something that would be considered a small business thus could possibly get a small business loan to furnish the home. Or would I be better off trying to get a home equity loan. Any info would be great! Thanks.
I’m really looking for an answer to my question not opinions on as to whether or not I should do it. I live in a high tourist area and unfortunately the majority of the people who live here locally could not afford the rent. Thank you.
