Timeshare thats where everyone sells theirs you have to disclose the cheapest rates without having to pay middle man im currently looking.

But expect to take a bath. You’ll be lucky to get 50% of what you paid for it. You’ve learned a hard lesson in a very expensive manner. Sorry. Time shares are amongst the worst deals on the planet. Here’s a test you should do any time you want to consider such a bad investment. If you buy a 1 week time share, multiply the cost by 52 and decide if the property you are buying is worth that much. If not (very likely) run away.

Timeshare falls for less than 2000 usd there are some sale sign out to buy if your home resort you paid for sale agreements says that the developer has the sign out to pay few dollars to pay few.
