The room no earlier than 1pm so they need the room no earlier than 3pm they need the room and you check in time means you have to clean room no earlier than 1pm so they can clean up room and you check in to clean up.

For us we would depend on vacation we would be dark then it is to think of it as being night if its dark then it as being night if its dark more hours so would depend on vacation we would consider it mostly daytime by that another way is to.
