New Jersey vacation rental security deposit?

I spent a week in ocean city nj in a rental house, after the week was us the house was still in the same condition that it was in before…

on the lease it says that the owner has 14 days to provide written notice of damage or other reason to withhold the deposit

My question is how long does the owner have to return the security deposit?
